If in the unfortunate circumstances a participant must withdraw from the event the refund policy is as follows:
Up until the 15th January 2023 competitors can get a full refund minus a 15% administration fee.
After the 15th January 2023 and up to the 1st of February 11:59pm, competitors can get a 50% refund or transfer to the 2024 event date (TBC). If a competitor chooses to transfer their entry to the 2024 event they are not entitled to the 2024 Refund Policy, as in they are not eligible for a refund in 2024.

ENTRIES CLOSING MIDDAY WEDNESDAY 15th FEBRUARY, 2023.
In case of a natural disaster, extreme adverse weather, or cancellation of the event due to safety reasons, entry fees will not be refunded.
The Covid-19 Protection Framework has been implemented by the NZ Government to help manage the virus in NZ.
There are currently no gathering number restrictions.
We will update things if the government changes their policies.
There are no vaccine pass requirements for the Rail Trail Rampage (as at 27th March, 2022). We will update this if the government announces a change in policy.
