Additional Info: Traffic Management is in place along the course. Competitors must follow marshal instructions at all times. Prams are welcome in the 5km event. Walkers, please ensure you start near the back of the field to allow the runners to start smoothly.

COURSE SUMMARY

Enter the 5km event and enjoy a fun, fast, and scenic course. All competitors are taken by bus to the start at the Lincoln Wetlands. You head alongside the wetlands before coming out at the Liffey Springs. Here you run or walk alongside the stream, around some more wetland ponds, before popping up near Ararira Springs Primary School.

From here you take the final section of the course within the Lincoln Village.You weave your way through the Liffey walkways, underneath trees and alongside fresh springs. You then come out right in the middle of the Lincoln Village and take the final stretch to the Finish Line at the Lincoln Domain.
You can choose to run or walk the 5km course. It is flat, with some small undulations, and very scenic. Walkers are encouraged, with the fast runners heading off at the front, you are able to enjoy the scenic pathways in the village.
